Question: How long does it usually take to receive an
estimate once I contact you?
Answer:
We make every effort to respond to your requests in a timely manner.
Depending on the location, complexity and our backlog, it could be as
soon as a day or as much as 3-4 days.
Question: Are you insured?
Answer:
Yes, we are fully insured and
bonded.
Question: What form of payments do you accept and what is
the payment schedule?
Answer:
It depends on the job, but normally we require 50% at the start of the
job and the remainder upon completion. We accept checks, money
orders and cash.
Question: What about the weather? How do you schedule
jobs during the rainy seasons?
Answer:
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the elements. We diligently
keep ourselves abreast of the weather conditions and may postpone a job
if there is inclimate weather, rather than risk the integrity of the
job.
Question: I received an estimate from you months ago, but
now the prices have gone up. Why is this?
Answer:
The cost of iron, concrete, etc., is constantly fluctuating.
We base our prices on the cost of materials at the time the estimate is
given.
Question: Do you offer any sort of warranties?
Answer:
We make every effort to ensure that your job is completed to your
satisfaction, but there are times when we cannot control certain
conditions on your particular property. We will discuss any
potential problems we notice when we give your estimate. We are
not responsible once the job is complete and you have inspected it.
Question: How can I tell when it's okay to drive on my new
driveway?
Answer: If your
job was performed in warm weather, then it could be as soon as a couple
of days. If the weather is cool, then it could take up to two
weeks. The sure way to tell is when the cement turns all white.
